ORDERS ENQUIRIES & SHIPPING & PAYMENT


1. How to place order?

  • Select the items, choose the sizes and variety, click “add to cart”.
  • You may view your items in your cart before checkout. Kindly check your items variety, size, colour, and quantity.
  • Fill in your shipping address and billing address in the checkout page.
  • Select payment method:  (Online Banking & Credit Card) or Touch&Go EWallet. 
  • For Touch&Go EWallet, you must need to upload your receipt within 24 hours. Go to  My Account > Click on order number >  Attachment >      Attach your receipt > Upload.  *We will proceed your order after payment uploaded. Your payment status will mark as PAID within 24 hours.
  • After transaction, you will received an invoice in your email.

3. Is it ready stock or backorder?

  • Some of the items are ready stocks.
  • Some items that sold out in ready stock will be in backorder.
  • We will state it in each products, whether it Is ready stock or backorder.


4. How long will I receive my parcel?

  • READY STOCK: Orders will be processed and ship within 1-2 working days upon receiving customer’s full payment.
  • BACKORDER / PREORDER : Orders will ship within eta 10-14 working days.
  • Please allow slightly delays during holiday / peak seasons.


5. What if some of the items in my orders are combination of ready stock and backorder?

  • Your order only will be shipped out when all backorder items stocks arrived. If you have special request on separate shipment, please contact us for more inquiry.


6. Where can I track my parcel?

  • We will send you tracking number along with the tracking link to your email once your order is shipped.
  • Or you can check your order parcel from "MY ACCOUNT"


7. Where do you ship to?

  • Unfortunately we only ship within Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia), and Singapore.


8. How much is the shipping rate? 

MALAYSIA:

  • West Malaysia RM8
  • East Malaysia RM15

FREE standard shipping for WM orders RM150 above, EM orders RM250 above.


SINGAPORE:

  • First 3 items RM27, every subsequent 2 items + RM7.

FREE standard shipping to Singapore for orders RM400 above.


9. Do you provide self pick up or COD?

  • Unfortunately currently we don’t provide self pick up or COD. Only standard shipping is available.


10. Can I add on items after order placed? Can I combine orders to save shipping fee?

  • First of all, if you just placed order and you hope to add on item, you are NOT able to add on item on the same order number. In another option, you may place 2nd order for that.
  • What if you have 2 or more orders and would like to ship together to save shipping fee, you may contact our customer service via Instagram (IG: Simple_9teen) for further assist. 
  • For combination order, we will only ship your parcel when all items arrived.
  • If your previous orders are shipped out, you can’t combine order anymore.


11. Can I cancel my order?

  • No, unfortunately order placed are unable to cancel after payment.


12. What will happen if my order is unpaid?

  • Any unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled if haven’t made payment after 3 days from your order. Unfortunately you will lost your order.


13. Where can i do the payment if my order is unpaid?

  • Go to My Account > Click on Order Number > Payment 


14. Can I change my shipping details after order placed?

  • Yes. If your order is still not shipped out from us, you can contact our customer service via Instagram (IG: Simple_9teen) to change your shipping details.
  • Shipping details are not allowed to change after your orders shipped out.


15. Can I change my order items sizes, colours, or variety after order placed?

  • Unfortunately you can’t change your order anymore after order placed. Please kindly check your order details before checkout.


16. Can I return, refund, or exchange my items after I received my parcel?

  • Refund & Exchange can be ONLY applied upon our accepted reasons in the policy only.


17. About the size chart measurements.

All size chart indicates approximate measurements for each sizes. Please allow 1-3cm variation on measurements.
